Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities in line with project documents, safety standards and schedules.

The role requires at least 2 years in multi-family construction, a high school diploma, and the ability to read blueprints. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety, and reporting daily project status to the Project Superintendent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and maintain field documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials under the Project Superintendent guidance.
• Maintain and update schedule documents and inspections; ensure timely completion.
• Supervise on-site construction activities with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Communicate project status and deficiencies to the Project Superintendent daily.
