Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an energetic Construction Assistant Superintendent to help coordinate onsite teams under the direction of the Superintendent. You will assist in scheduling, logistics, inspections, material distribution, plans review, and subcontractor coordination.

Education requirements include a BS in Construction Management or related field, or a HS diploma with 1-3 years of on-site multifamily experience.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and sequence with Superintendent.
• Assist in all site construction operations and manage intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Prepare daily logs and track progress.
• Ensure health and safety standards and report issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors and provide on-site direction as needed.

Education
