The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain schedules for multifamily projects. You will work under the Project Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in multifamily construction, strong planning skills, and the ability to read plans and manage field operations efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Construction-related education or equivalent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities.
• Manage daily production schedules and maintain field documentation.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and materials.
• Update and maintain schedule documents and inspections.
• Schedule trades with Project Superintendent oversight.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.
• Communicate project status daily with the Project Superintendent.
