Job summary

Dominium seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager in daily construction site operations. You will help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, coordinating subcontractors and materials while maintaining logs.

The role emphasizes productivity, quality control, and regulatory compliance, with potential six-day work weeks and strong teamwork in multifamily residential projects across states.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the construction trades.
• Experience loading and off loading material deliveries using heavy equipment.
• Multifamily construction experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformance to specs and schedules.
• Track site and subcontractor activity, safety, deliveries, and weather in Daily Logs.
• Manage daily distribution of construction site materials to contractors.
• Maintain materials inventory and communicate purchase requests with the team.
• Schedule delivery of materials and offload to storage.
• Generate construction punch items.
• Supervise subcontractors to encourage productivity and quality.
• Monitor on-site activities for OSHA/state/federal compliance.
