Job summary

Casm Limitlessli in Canton, OH is seeking an experienced Systems & Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure IT and cybersecurity solutions for small to mid-size businesses. You will work in an MSP-style environment, lead network design, Microsoft 365 and cloud configurations, and manage firewalls, VPNs, and server infrastructure.

The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, incident resolution, documentation, and mentorship of Level 1–2 staff, with onsite work and local

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems and Network Engineer, preferably in an MSP or multi-tenant environment.
Proven track record managing multiple Windows Servers across corporate or multi-client environments.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 cloud environments, Entra and Intune configurations.
Solid understanding of advanced networking, firewalls, routing, and switching.
Strong verbal and written communication, independent work style.

Responsibilities

Interface directly with clients to address IT business needs and design solutions.
Architect and implement Microsoft 365 environments and cloud configurations.
Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and switches.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues; log and track tickets.
