Job summary

Seifert Technologies in Massillon, OH is seeking a Systems and Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IT systems and security for SMBs. You will join a collaborative team delivering Microsoft 365, Entra, Hyper-V, and Azure-based solutions while focusing on reliability and security.

This role is office-based with occasional client site travel. Candidates should have 5+ years in similar roles, strong networking skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Systems and Network Engineer
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments preferred
• Strong networking and Windows Server administration
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to address IT business needs and align solutions with requirements
• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 environments; manage tenant settings for security
• Design, implement, and manage networks (firewalls, switches, VPNs) ensuring security standards
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues to minimize downtime
• Document environments and mentor Level 1/2 staff; automate tasks with scripts
