Job summary

BlueTeam Networks in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced engineer who enjoys solving problems and owning client issues from start to finish. You’ll handle Microsoft 365, networking, Windows servers, security, and endpoint management across diverse client environments.

This hybrid role requires local presence with occasional travel and a proactive mindset. You’ll deploy and support Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Fortinet gear, while building automation and documenting solutions to improve

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting business IT environments.
• Previous MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Strong documentation habits.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own support requests from initial response through successful resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cloud, and security issues.
• Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and Windows Server environments.
• Support Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, switching, wireless networking, and internet connectivity.
• Perform onsite installations, troubleshooting, and client visits when needed.
• Document solutions and improve our internal knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions instead of temporary fixes.
• Collaborate with teammates while maintaining ownership of assigned work.
• Build PowerShell scripts or automation where appropriate to eliminate repetitive tasks.
