Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an EHS&S Coordinator for our Miami, FL headquarters to advance the company’s Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability initiatives.

This role collaborates with the Director of Sustainability and EVP of EHS&S to drive program compliance, communications, and cross‑functional progress across departments. You will support certifications, ESG reporting, training, and data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in sustainability, health & safety, or environmental management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, maintain, and renew environmental, health, safety, and sustainability certifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand EHS&S goals and develop reports and improvement plans.
• Support ESG reporting, risk responses, and stakeholder materials.
