Job summary

Harvard Maintenance seeks a committed EHS & S Coordinator to support the advancement of Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability initiatives at our Miami headquarters. You will drive program compliance, coordinate certifications, and engage internal and external stakeholders to reach ESG goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant sustainability, health & safety, or environmental management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sustainability and EHS topics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to translate technical information.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analysis, sustainability metrics, or reporting platforms (GRESB/CDP/EcoVadis) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; leveraging AI platforms for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Certification Management: lead coordination, maintenance, and renewal of key certifications (e.g., CIMS-GB).
• Client Engagement & Support: partner with clients to understand EHS&S goals and support initiatives.
• Communications & Reporting: support ESG reporting, risk and compliance responses, stakeholder materials.
• Training & Education: assist in creating and delivering EHS&S training content for employees.
