Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL seeks an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory control and resolve merchant concerns at partner fulfillment centers.

As the sole onsite representative, you'll partner with leadership to ensure great merchant experience and scalable operations. You will run daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, perform audits, respond to merchant tickets within SLA, and present weekly reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Experience using Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant issues.
• Perform physical location checks and reconcile variances within 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Audit merchant-related actions and respond to merchant requests in the site.
• Resolve merchant-facing issues via ticketing system within 2 hours.
