Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory Control at partner fulfillment centers. You will partner with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and ensure a great merchant experience while supporting scalable operations.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining 24-hour SLA for variances. You will report to the Manager, SFN Quality and support continuous improvement initiatives onsite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing setting.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred.
• Ability to work independently on-site.
• Effective written and verbal communication; customer/vendor interaction preferred.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control per SOPs.
• Investigate discrepancies and report significant variances to leadership.
• Perform location checks and reconcile inventory within 24-hour SLA.
• Identify root causes of inventory adjustments and drive corrections.
• Conduct audits as requested by merchants.
• Respond to merchant requests via ticketing system within 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate inventory-related updates to OSS Area Manager.
• Present weekly performance reports to leadership from partner centers.
• Adhere to food safety and compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe handling, storage, and distribution of products; support traceability and continuous improvement.
