Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor and manage inventory control at partner fulfillment centers. You will be the sole ShipBob onsite representative, collaborating with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and drive scalable operations.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely issue resolution, and clear communication with OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager onsite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes per SOPs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant variances.
• Perform location checks to ensure accuracy and meet SLA timelines.
• Lead root-cause analysis for inventory adjustments and corrective actions.
• Respond to merchant-related inventory requests within SLAs.
• Provide weekly performance updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies.
