Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering superior customer service and handling inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will process memberships and payments while promoting park venues and exclusive benefits. This on-site role requires a positive attitude and a commitment to a clean, welcoming, Judgement Free Zone environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, and professional manner.
• Create a positive club experience by providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
