Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to deliver first aid and health guidance at Fontana, CA. You will work with the WHS team, participate in safety meetings, and support daily health initiatives for Amazon Associates on site.

Requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, and a high school diploma. The role may include flexible shifts, weekend work, and occasional coordination with external medical providers.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DH or NREMT; or Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize the risk of injury through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach associates and leadership on observed at-risk work habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR and AED training and certification.
