Job summary

Amazon Windsor, CT is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to deliver on-site medical care, first aid, and health guidance to Amazon Associates. You will work with the WHS Site Manager and others, participate in safety committees, maintain records, and coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.

Flexible shifts including days, nights, or weekends may apply. Required are high school diploma and current BLS; EMT or Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification.
• Athletic Trainer Certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside providers as necessary.
• Maintain records of care provided to Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and daily operations coaching.
• Maintain medical supplies and assist with on-site safety operations.
