Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• EMT or Paramedic certification OR Athletic Trainer certification is required.
• Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training by recognized bodies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of safety software is a plus.
• Experience with industrial wellness programs and ergonomics coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily logs and shift end reports.
• Coach on safe work behaviors with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean environment.
• Assist with first aid, CPR, and AED training sessions.
• Maintain first aid, CPR, and AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support on-site emergency response operations.
