Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in Fontana, California. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, coordinate care and workers' comp, and support safety operations on the floor.

The role requires medical certifications, OSHA knowledge, and strong records management skills. You will work with WHS leadership, attend safety meetings, and potentially support training for first aid, CPR, and AED.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent. BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certifications preferred.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation.
• Proficient in digital recordkeeping and MS Office; ability to coordinate care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement with associates.
• Maintain care records and coordinate workers' compensation/return-to-work programs.
• Assist with on-site safety operations and daily activity logs.
