Amazon Inc. in Redlands, CA is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support Workplace Health & Safety (WHS). You will provide first aid, advise associates on injuries, refer to outside providers, and help maintain OSHA compliance with the WHS team.

This role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, and a high school diploma. You will manage workers’ comp processes, keep care records, and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider; AND must have EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT; OR Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize AA risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs.
• Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for AAs with injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership on the floor to coach on observed at-risk work habits.
• Maintain clean environment and ensure medical supply inventory is maintained.
• Participate in training to facilitate first aid, CPR and AED certifications.
