Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Indianapolis, IN is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support Workplace Health & Safety. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate return-to-work programs while collaborating with the WHS team and site leadership.

This role requires current BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus active BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer certification required or preferred.
• Strong communication and recordkeeping skills; familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Maintain records of care and coordinate workers' compensation / return-to-work.
• Engage with associates on safety and provide coaching on safe work habits.
• Support on-site safety operations, drug testing protocols, and emergency response.
