Job summary

Amazon seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support its Workplace Health & Safety team in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide first aid, coordinate with outside providers, and guide safety and wellness programs on campus.

You will collaborate with site leadership, maintain care records, and participate in weekly reviews. The role requires BLS/CPR/AED credentials and EMT/Paramedic certification, with the possibility of training and certification in first aid, CPR, and AED on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; EMT/paramedic preferred.
• Current BLS certification; CPR/AED instructor certification is a plus.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers compensation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers when needed.
• Maintain records of care and manage workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Engage with associates and leadership on safe work practices and risk reduction.
• Support training for CPR/AED and first aid certifications on site.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
