Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support the Workplace Health & Safety team at a Jacksonville, FL site. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, coordinate workers’ compensation, and assist with safety training.

You’ll work with site leadership, participate in safety meetings, and maintain medical records and supplies. The role requires BLS and EMT/paramedic credentials, with shifts including days/nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Athletic Trainer Certification from BOC or state.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Assist with drug testing protocols as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical area and medical supply inventory.
• Deliver CPR/AED/first aid training when certified.
• Support safety operations and onsite emergencies as needed.
