Job summary

Amazon Cocoa, FL is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support the Workplace Health & Safety program. You will assess and administer first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate care with outside providers while adhering to OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining care records, managing workers' compensation and return-to-work programs, conducting trainings for first aid, CPR, and AED, and keeping medical supplies stocked.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT/Paramedic or NREMT certification required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside providers.
• Minimize risk through education and engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Coach on at-risk work habits with leadership.
• Maintain medical supply inventory.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED trainings.
• Maintain credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days/nights/weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site.
