Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and coordination with outside providers. You’ll work with the WHS Site Manager and specialists, greet new hires, and participate in safety meetings to support a safe, productive site.

You will maintain records, assist with workers’ compensation processes, and deliver CPR/AED training as needed.

Formación

• Must obtain adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.
• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• CPR course completed or willingness to obtain before employment.
• Valid card showing completion of First Aid, CPR and AED from the American Heart Association or Red Cross, or willingness to obtain within four weeks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications; experience with workers' compensation.
• Experience and certification in teaching first-aid, CPR and AED.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize AA injury risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs.
• Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for injured associates.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the floor to coach safe work practices.
