Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in Euclid, OH. You will provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and referrals to external providers while supporting OSHA compliance and workers’ compensation processes.

You’ll work with the WHS Site Manager and others, attend safety meetings, maintain medical records, and keep credentials current. Flexible shifts include days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved ECC provider.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT.
• Active Athletic Trainer Certification by BOC or State Certification.
• Proficiency in first aid procedures and CPR/AED training.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to Amazon Associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach safe work habits.
