Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support safety and health at the Plainfield site. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate referrals as needed, while supporting OSHA compliance and worker safety goals.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Strong documentation skills and the ability to engage with leadership on safety matters are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Athletic Trainer certification preferred.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach on safe work habits with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain first aid supplies and medical inventory.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED; participate in training.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response at the site.
