Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in North Haven, CT is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support workplace health and safety. You will assess and administer first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate care with external providers.

The role requires a high school diploma, current BLS, and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification. You may work flexible shifts and participate in training for CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification OR Active Athletic Trainer certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness, education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Support safety operations and participate in training and certification.
