Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support the Workplace Health & Safety program in Rialto, CA. You will greet new hires, participate in safety meetings, and independently assess and treat injuries on site, while guiding associates on occupational health issues.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, experience with OSHA regulations, and a commitment to health advocacy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification OR Athletic Trainer Certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation preferred.
• First aid, CPR, AED training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize risk through education, awareness, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to Amazon Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the floor to coach about at-risk work habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean, safe working environment.
• Assist with training and certification in first aid, CPR, and AED.
