Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at a Maryland facility. You will provide first aid, coordinate medical referrals, and support safety operations on-site, including incident reporting and logs.

The role requires current BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification; EMT or Paramedic certification; or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Ability to obtain first aid, CPR, AED certification if not current.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize injury risk through education, awareness and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to Associates (AAs).
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for AAs with work-related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership to coach on at-risk work habits.
• Maintain a clean environment and appropriate medical supply inventory.
• Support training for first aid, CPR and AED certifications.
• Assist with emergency response on-site.
