Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support Workplace Health & Safety at a Bristol, IN site. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate care with outside providers while learning OSHA regulations and risk analysis.

You will join a team responsible for on-site safety operations, daily logs, and return-to-work programs, with shifts including days, nights, or weekends. Prior EMS or athletic training background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must have EMT or Paramedic certification, or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Experience in an industrial wellness program and coaching on body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize risk of injury through education and engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Support safety operations on the floor and engage leadership on at-risk habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean environment.
• Assist with CPR/AED training and certifications.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
