Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support the Workplace Health & Safety program at our North Haven site. You will administer first aid, guide associates on injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with external providers as needed.

You will participate in safety committee meetings and continuous education, including CPR/AED and first aid training, while ensuring proper recordkeeping and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT.
• Athletic Trainer Certification from BOC or State.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to Amazonians.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach on safe work practices with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain medical supplies and a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with first aid, CPR and AED training certifications.
