Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support Workplace Health & Safety at a West Columbia site. You will provide first aid, coordinate care, and coach associates on safety and wellness with a focus on OSHA compliance.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, and you will collaborate with site leadership to maintain records, manage workers' comp, and support emergency response while working flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current valid BLS certification is required.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to external medical providers.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safety practices.
• Maintain clean, stocked medical supplies and environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR and AED trainings as needed.
• Stay current with first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
