Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support Workplace Health & Safety at a Baltimore site. The role provides first aid, referrals to external providers, and coordination of workers’ comp and return-to-work processes, partnering with the WHS team on safety initiatives and daily operations.

Ideal candidates hold a current BLS certification and EMT/Paramedic credentials, with OSHA knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BLS certification and EMT/Paramedic credentials.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Maintain records of care and coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on observed at-risk work habits.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe on-site medical area.
