Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Sparrows Point, MD is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to assess and treat first aid needs, guide Associates on injuries, and support safety operations on site.

The role requires BLS certification and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, with willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed, and ability to work day/night shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider; AND one of EMT/Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize AA injury risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for injured AAs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the floor to coach on at-risk habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work environment.
• Participate in training to facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
