Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support Workplace Health & Safety at a Virginia site. You will provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and referrals to outside providers as needed, while ensuring OSHA compliance and safety program support.

You will work with the WHS team, attend safety meetings, maintain care records, coordinate workers’ compensation, and assist with CPR/AED training and certifications. Strong clinical credentials and office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation noted.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain accurate care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Prepare daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Coach on safe work practices and ergonomics on the operations floor.
• Assist with first aid, CPR, AED training and certifications.
• Maintain credentials and medical supply inventory.
• Support emergency response and incident management.
