Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid and occupational health guidance for Amazon Associates at Sparrow's Point, MD. You will collaborate with the WHS team, ECGs, and site leadership to maintain safety and wellbeing initiatives.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic credentials with active licensure, and willingness to work flexible shifts. Responsibilities include case management, record-keeping, referrals, safety coaching, and participation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification with active license.
• Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or state).

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize AA injury risk through awareness, education and engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on observed at-risk work habits.
• Maintain a clean working environment and medical supply inventory.
• Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR, and AED.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, and AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response at the site.
