Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to manage first aid and occupational health at our Sparrows Point site in MD. You will assess injuries, coordinate with outside providers, and support safety operations on a fast-paced distribution floor.

Responsibilities include incident response, records management, workers’ compensation coordination, and delivering safety coaching to associates and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification used by approved ECC providers; EMT or Paramedic certification required; Athletic Trainer certification also acceptable.
• Preferred: CPR/AED instructor certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness, education and coaching on safe work habits.
• Maintain all records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safety practices.
• Maintain clean clinical environment and medical supply inventory.
• Participate in first aid, CPR and AED training and certifications.
