Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred (Acute care HIM).
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reanalyze medical records accurately and timely.
• Follow up on missing documentation with departments and providers.
• Review documentation and create deficiencies in the system and assign them to providers.
• Manage analysis work queues to ensure timely chart completion.
• Document workflows and changes to processes.
