Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and experiences.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for calls and messages with professionalism.
• Explain patient consents and education documents to patients and guardians.
• Support POS and billing processes by verifying insurance and entering benefits data.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic, insurance and financial information.
