Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Patient Access Specialist for an on-site role at Tower - St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA.

You will handle admissions, insurance verification, patient instruction, and strict compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes accurate MRN assignment, medical necessity screening, balance collection, and offering compassionate customer service.

Competenze

• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) and/or CRCR.
• 2-year/Associates degree preferred; healthcare administration or related field helpful.
• Strong knowledge of patient access processes, admissions, and insurance verification.

Mansioni

• Perform pre-registration and admission duties for patients.
• Verify demographic and insurance information; assign MRN and collect payments.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education materials.
• Screen medical necessity with ABN software and support POS/billing processes.
• Assist with audits and reporting to improve accuracy and audit readiness.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
