Responsibilities

• Answers phones, files, and handles information accurately.
• Checks in/out patients; processes insurance verification and coding; balances receipts.
• Schedules appointments and enters demographic/clinical data.
• Orders and maintains clinical and office supplies.
• Adheres to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection prevention policies.
• Provides good customer service and supports teamwork.
