Job summary

Amazon seeks an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will assess and administer first aid, guide Associates on injuries, and refer to providers when needed. You’ll learn OSHA regulations and support safety operations on site.

You will work with the WHS Site Manager and Specialists, participate in meetings, and help maintain records, training, and drug testing protocols as required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid BLS certification by ECC provider; EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness, education, and coaching on safe practices.
• Maintain care records for Associates (AAs).
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work for work-related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership to address observed safety concerns.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work environment.
• Assist with first aid, CPR and AED training and certifications.
