Amazon in Saint Peters, MO is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support Workplace Health & Safety onsite. You will provide first aid, advise associates on injuries, and assist with workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining care records, participating in safety meetings, coaching leadership on at‑risk work habits, and ensuring medical supplies. The role requires BLS/EMT or paramedic credentials, experience with an industrial wellness

Qualificações

• Must obtain First Aid/CPR/AED within 3 weeks if not certified.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid BLS certification with EMT/Paramedic OR Athletic Trainer certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an industrial wellness program.
• Experience handling OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.
• Within last year, six months military experience as a Combat Medic/Field Medic/Hospital Corpsman/etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach leadership on observed at-risk work habits on the operations floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean environment.
• Support training for first aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
