Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in Las Vegas. You will provide first aid, advise associates on injuries, and support safety operations on site.

Responsibilities include case management, referrals to external providers, maintaining care records, and coordinating workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs. You will participate in CPR/AED training and keep credentials current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from the DOH or NREMT; OR Athletic Trainer Certification.
• First aid, CPR and AED certifications at minimum; obtain within 3 weeks if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to external providers.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach associates and leadership on safe work practices.
• Maintain medical supplies and facility cleanliness.
• Participate in first aid, CPR and AED training/certification.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site.
