Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Field Material Controller for Advanced Manufacturing in Saint Francisville, LA. You will manage field material control activities for major capital equipment, under supervision, ensuring task completion per procedures.

Responsibilities include processing MRRs, MIRs, OS&Ds, and coordinating with project teams on shipment releases, while leveraging SAP/Oracle/NetSuite experience. On-site role with robust health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum OSHA 10-hour certificate with OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment material control and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of material control processes and tools.
• Review shipment releases and supplier documentation per PO terms.
• Administer MRRs, MIRs, and OS&Ds and maintain records.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on material control activities.
• Support OS&D resolution and risk identification.
