Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing or related field; OR Associate's Degree with 3+ years; OR High school diploma with 5+ years.
• Minimum 2 years leading manufacturing training, OJT, or related operations/quality leadership in a plant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build training that improves quality, safety, productivity, time-to-competency.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of posted location; U.S. candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hourly production training, onboarding, OJT, cross-training, certification, and refresher training.
• Define clear training paths, timelines, and competency requirements; ensure consistency across shifts and value streams.
• Develop and enforce competency verification, delay or stop certification if standards are not met, use data to drive improvements.
• Maintain training records, LMS, and skill matrices; ensure audit-ready documentation and meaningful metrics.
• Lead train-the-trainer processes; coach coordinators and build external partnerships to strengthen the hiring/training pipeline.
