Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Either 2+ years at Eaton or 3+ years in a Training role.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidate must reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist in developing training documents.
• Maintain training records and enter them into the QMS for ISO compliance.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and activities.
• Develop new classroom and hands-on training experiences.
• Conduct training audits to verify quality and knowledge transfer.
• Update core training plan documents to reflect procedures.
• Collaborate with production to ensure timely training and cross-training.
• Lead or participate in RIEs, VSMs, and continuous improvement training.
