Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Electrical Sector – Power Distribution & Controls Assemblies (PDCA) seeks a Facilities Supervisor for the Omaha area. The role oversees Bellevue and Dahlman facilities, leading maintenance teams, managing contractor work, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of all facility systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with ATS, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Qualifications

• Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field or 5+ years of maintenance/facilities leadership experience.
• Knowledge in building/structure/plant systems (air, water, electricity, etc.).
• Understanding of State, National and OSHA electrical codes.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of location will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own facility supervision and act as primary contact for facility issues.
• Maintain buildings, utilities, grounds, and support systems to safe, reliable standards.
• Develop and execute facility improvement plans aligned with operations and safety.
• Coordinate inspections; document and correct deficiencies.
• Oversee maintenance activities and coordinate with ATS site manager for work orders.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and manage performance expectations.
• Manage contracted facility services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.).
• Coordinate capital installations and major upgrades with EHS and Operations.
