Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or related experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver department-specific technical training
• Coordinate onboarding and hands-on workshops for new hires
• Develop comprehensive training for manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Create instructional materials focused on safety, quality, and equipment operation
• Assess employee competency and drive continuous improvement in training
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance training effectiveness
• Maintain training records for full-time and contingent employees
