Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector – Power Distribution & Controls Assemblies (PDCA) seeks a Facilities Supervisor for its Omaha-based site, expanding to a 370,000-square-foot facility in Bellevue. You will lead the Maintenance Technician team, manage contracts, and coordinate site infrastructure across Bellevue and Dahlman Ave.

This onsite role requires guarding safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will partner with ATS, oversee work orders, and drive capital projects while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, or operations management.
• Associate’s degree in facilities management, construction, or building systems technology and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Highschool Diploma and minimum of 5 years’ relevant maintenance/facilities leadership experience
• Knowledge in the areas of building/structure/plant systems (air, water, electricity, etc.)
• Understanding of State, National and OSHA required Electrical Codes
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of the posted location will be considered; immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Own facility supervision and serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and escalations.
• Ensure buildings, infrastructure, utilities, grounds, and support systems are maintained in a safe, reliable, and professional condition.
• Develop and execute facility improvement plans aligned with operational needs, growth, safety, and business continuity.
• Coordinate facility inspections and ensure identified deficiencies are documented, prioritized, and corrected.
• Monitor maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance, and KPIs; escalate urgent issues with clear ownership.
• Oversee contracted facility services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, janitorial, etc.).
• Coordinate planned outages and maintenance windows to minimize disruption to operations.
• Support MRO purchasing and budget management as the main point of contact.
