Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience supporting hourly manufacturing employees.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with data.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic workforce planning and HR processes.
• Partner with talent acquisition for onsite hiring initiatives.
• Support culture transformation and TPM-related People Pillar activities.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and communications.
